HOW WE HIRE

SCREENING

We go through all applications as they come in. Unfortunately days are short and applicants are many so if we don't see a match based on specific requirements needed for the role, we will notify you by sending you an email.

A SHORT CALL

If we think there is a potential match, we will schedule a short call with you to ask you a few questions. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know more about the position you are applying for. The call will last about 15 minutes.

INTERVIEW PHASE

Depending on the position, there will be 1 or 2 interviews held. At least 1 interview will be scheduled in the office, so you get a good impression of our company as well!

ASSESSMENT

For some positions we have an assessment as well. You can check in the vacancy you have applied for if an assessment is part of your procedure (bottom of the page).

The assessment is mostly used to test practical skills needed for the role.

OFFER

It's a match! When we have decided that we want to make you an offer, we will let you know by giving you a call. We will also send you our offer via email so you can have a read through it. Once you accept, you will receive our contract which you can review and sign digitally.
