What will you do as Team Lead?
As Team Lead you are responsible for steering and improving the Italian Customer Care team and making the team ready for all future demands. You are part of the amazing Italian team and will be reporting to the Network Team lead Italy.
Ensuring that projects are executed according to KPI, quality targets and are meeting the safety requirements;
Ensuring effectiveness of execution partners (installers, component suppliers, consultants);
Team management: setting responsibilities/KPIs, taking/sharing decisions, coaching, monitoring, supporting, ensuring the necessary capacity;
Improvement: processes, effectiveness of contract execution, IT, technology, productivity;
Planning and reporting: reporting on progress of systems installed, systems online, customer service and issue management.

What do we have to offer ?
The position is a full time job (0,8-1 FTE), where you are the “primus inter pares” for the Customer Care Team Italy. We expect that you spend 50% of your time managing the team and its core processes, and 50% of your time being hands-on working on daily tasks;
