Do you love numbers and puzzling? Do you have an eye for detail and are you always in control with all your financial reports? And last but not least, do you want to play an important role in speeding up the energy-transition?
Then this opportunity might be for you!
Sungevity is one of the world’s leading and fastest growing residential solar companies. Our success tracks to three priorities:
We are obsessed with customer service and are committed to making the happiest customers in our, or any, industry.
We are a technology-led business, well known for inventing Remote Solar Design, and leading the solar industry with software innovations that make going solar easier and cheaper.
Our business is designed to partner and grow with leading organizations.
Sungevity’s international office is based in Amsterdam, from where new international business is being developed and a fast growing team of about 180 people, works energetically on the Rooftop Revolution. Our culture is fast-paced, passionate and fun. We have a “no drama” environment. We’re prepared for the fact that no two days will be similar on this adventure, and we’re committed to make the most of our opportunity, ourselves and each other.
What to expect?
Within our industrial office alongside the water, no day will be the same. To give you an idea, this might be a day from your regular calendar: while drinking a good cup of coffee you have a chat with your colleagues. Then you’ll check if there are urgent matters, like a report that was not scheduled. Because it is almost the end of the month, you will start with the periodic analysis. While doing so, you are looking for ways to improve the procedure.
During the lunch you’ll build a salad, toast or sandwich with ‘hagelslag’. You name it! In the afternoon you have a meeting to discuss the reasons for variances in actuals versus budget. After this, you work on improving and automating reporting to get more insight into the numbers. At the end of the day you’ll have a meeting with Jasper, Chief Commercial Officer, to discuss a new business case.
