What to expect?
Your main purpose in the role of Finance Customer Support Representative is to ensure a smooth financial advice process to our customers. Once customers have indicated to our sales representative that they are interested in financing for the purchase of their solar system, you will take over and advice and guide them further. This advisory process encompasses the first intake, a credit check, coordination and monitoring of the request at the bank partner, and handing over the customer to the sales representative again after the bank has approved the loan. During and after this process, you keep a tight administration of all steps taken. For this role you have to obtain FSMA Certification. To be permitted to obtain the certification you at least have to have a High School Degree;
