At Sungevity we are growing fast and because of that, we are looking for 'Solar Warriors' who want to join our energetic team. We started in the garden shed of our founder in 2012, with the mission to launch a Rooftop Revolution: all roofs full of solar panels to boost the energy transition. How? Using our unique method: we work with an extreme customer-focus approach, using advanced software that enables us to make customized remote solar designs specifically designed to meet customer’s needs. We now have almost 190 solar warriors that work from our office at the IJ in the North - the new centre- of Amsterdam. Besides delivering solar to customers in the Netherlands, we also service the customers throughout Italy and Belgium!

Your role:

As Project Manager at Customer Care you are responsible for giving our customers a great experience after they decide to go solar. You will be in charge of preparing the solar installation for your customers while staying in daily communication with our installers. Solving any problems and customer concerns that come your way with a pro-active attitude will be part of your responsibility. Other responsibilities include daily e-mail and telephone correspondence and occasionally visiting solar installations at our customers home and installation partners.  

With the knowledge you will acquire from working as a Project Manager you will be able to answer any technical questions from your customers regarding their installation as well as questions from colleagues in other departments and from installers. With a positive attitude and fit for purpose solutions your strive is to obtain smiling faces amongst our customers and installers.

Requirements

What are we looking for exactly?

Even though we are not looking for a specific background, we do have a short list of requirements. Our preference goes out to someone who is:

  • A go-getter with a HBO/ Academic level of working and thinking
  • Very customer oriented
  • Very accurate and analytical
  • Curious (and interested in the technical side of things) and a fast learner
